Anusara- Anusara Yoga means stepping into the currents of grace, flowing with grace or following you heart. It is a playful practice exploring what is possible in each individuals body, mind and heart. Each class has a heart-oriented theme, which centers on cultivating a virtue-a quality of mind or heart, which is a microcosmic reflection of our Divine nature. It is an elegant system of yoga that unifies healthy biomechanical alignment principles called the Universal Principles of Alignment with a philosophy of intrinsic goodness and a strong focus of living your yoga on an off the mat in ways that create harmony.
Integral - The aim of integral yoga is the transformation of the entire being, physical, mental, and spiritual. The goal is then the transformation of the entire nature of one’s being. Nothing is left behind.
Vinyasa- Vinyasa yoga connects movement and breath. The “asanas” (yoga postures) can be arranged into different sequences that can meet the practitioner’s need or mood.
Sivananda - A traditional Hatha style of yoga that focuses on preserving the health and wellness of the practitioner. This style of yoga revolves around frequent relaxation, and emphasizes full, yogic breathing.

Anahata - Anahata is the Sanskrit word for heart chakra. It means unhurt, unbeaten, unstruck. Anahata Yoga was designed to bring students to a higher level of awareness – to deeply connect, expand, and awaken their hearts: through asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Many of the poses selected are to help open, expand and improve the anatomical posture. This well –balanced class offers a gentle and meditative approach to gain a deeper understanding of traditional yoga. Anahata yoga can be a great addition to the workout that you are currently doing and provides you a way to de-stress. There is a short meditation to quiet the mind, and a gentle neck massage with aromatherapy at the end to encourage relaxation.
Yin - Yin Yoga is known as the quiet yoga. Many of the most popular forms of yoga are fundamentally yang in nature, based on rhythmic movement of the muscle. Yin, in contrast concentrates on connective tissue and tendons, which are critical to our physical well being and range of motion. The postures are all practiced in the floor and each is held for a lengthy period, usually 3-5 minutes. As a result, the body is energized, encouraging a free flow of chi. Yin yoga is a gentle practice that can bring your body back into a balanced state after a weekend of intense activity. It teaches you to relax and accept yourself for who you are in the present moment. Yin practice is a gift you give your body, mind and spirit to renew energy and connect to the breath.
